Here is a simple recipe for making chicken patties:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped green bell pepper, beaten egg, chopped fresh parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands.
Form the chicken mixture into 8 patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken patties to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve the chicken patties hot with your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
Enjoy your delicious homemade chicken patties!
