- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
Add water little by little to make a smooth and thick batter.
Add the chicken pieces to the batter and mix well, ensuring that each piece is coated evenly.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the chicken pieces one by one into the oil using a spoon.
Fry the chicken pakoras for 3-4 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crisp.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
